We want our clients to be happy with their purchases, and please contact us if any problem with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please communicate to us within thirty (30) days of purchase regarding your decision to return for a full refund. Before sending the return package, we only ask that you let us know via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or complete the contact form below thirty (30) days that you are returning the item.
From the time you receive your original artwork from couriers, you have thirty (30) days to decide whether to keep print you ordered or return in its original condition for a refund. If thirty (30) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You have three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the fine art print you purchased from us. Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact us. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the fine art print within thirty (30) days of receipt or you do not ship the work within three (3) days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us.
SHIPPING ADDRESS AND DETAILS
We will send you the return shipping address upon receipt of your return request. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning purchased fine art print from us.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to Return an Original, Undamaged fine art print
Step 1: Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact us through email email@example.com along with your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2: Repackage the fine art print you purchased from us using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the fine art print back safely to us.
Step 3: Send us the shipping details such as tracking number, courier company name to firstname.lastname@example.org to complete the return process.
Note: Once the fine art print safely reached us; we will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your source of payment (minus shipping costs).
What to Do If the Artwork Arrives Damaged
Step 1: As soon as you notice damages, take photos of the damaged package showing the package as well as fine art print you purchased from us. Please email these photos to email@example.com
Step 2: Within seven (7) days of the delivery date, please contact us through email firstname.lastname@example.org to give us your order information.
Step 3: Save the original packaging and store safely to avoid further damages.
Step 4: We will contact you to discuss next steps.
