If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please communicate to us within thirty (30) days of purchase regarding your decision to return for a full refund. Before sending the return package, we only ask that you let us know via email (info@creativenatureart.com) or complete the contact form below thirty (30) days that you are returning the item.
From the time you receive your original artwork from couriers, you have thirty (30) days to decide whether to keep print you ordered or return in its original condition for a refund. If thirty (30) days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
You have three (3) days from the day you contacted us to ship out the fine art print you purchased from us. Do not ship the artwork before contacting us; you must first contact us. If you do not notify us of your intent to return the fine art print within thirty (30) days of receipt or you do not ship the work within three (3) days of notifying us, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
